This Privacy Policy explains how JusticeXpress, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation (“JusticeXpress,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the JusticeXpress Network directory and the websites we operate, including justicexpressnetwork.com and JusticeXpressFlorida.com (the “Sites”). By using the Sites or submitting a listing application, you agree to this Policy.
1 Who this Policy covers
This Policy applies to two groups: listing law firms and attorneys who apply for or maintain a listing, and visitors who browse the Sites. It does not govern the independent websites, tools, or services of the law firms listed in the Directory or the third-party companies referenced in our Resources — those parties have their own privacy practices.
2 Information we collect
Information you provide. When you apply for a listing or contact us, we collect the information you submit — for example, your firm name, attorney name, Florida Bar number, email, phone, website, office address, the limited-scope services and fixed fees you offer, and any bio or logo you provide for a Verified listing.
Verification information. To confirm eligibility, we obtain your admission status, membership standing, and public disciplinary history from The Florida Bar and other publicly available sources.
Payment information. If a paid Verified listing is offered in the future, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider through our e-commerce system. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.
3 How we use information
- To review your application and verify your standing with The Florida Bar;
- To publish and display your listing in the Directory;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Sites;
- To communicate with you about your listing, and to process any applicable payments;
- To understand how the Sites are used through analytics; and
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
4 Your listing is public
The purpose of the Directory is to display your listing to the public. The listing information you submit — such as your firm name, attorney name, services, fixed fees, contact details, and (for Verified listings) your bio and logo — is published on JusticeXpressFlorida.com and is visible to anyone. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in your listing that you do not want to be public.
5 How we share information
- Publicly, in the Directory — your listing content is displayed on the Sites, as described above.
- Service providers — companies that host our Sites, process payments, send communications, and provide analytics, acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of JusticeXpress, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6 Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites and to understand usage through analytics services such as [analytics provider]. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Sites function. If we use any advertising or non-essential cookies, we will provide the notice and choices required in your jurisdiction.
7 Data retention
We retain listing and account information for as long as your listing is active and as needed to operate the Directory, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
8 Your choices and rights
You may review and update your listing information, ask us to correct it, or request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information — which you can exercise by contacting us at the address below. 9 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Sites link to third-party websites and services, including the delivery-technology providers and authoritative resources referenced on our Resources page. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11 Children’s privacy
The Sites are intended for lawyers and adult users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under [13/16].

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
