Florida Bar verification authorization

I certify that I am an attorney currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar. I authorize JusticeXpress, Inc. and its agents to verify my Bar admission status, membership standing, and public disciplinary history through The Florida Bar and other publicly available sources, at the time of this application and periodically for as long as my listing remains active. I understand JusticeXpress may decline, suspend, or remove my listing if it cannot confirm that I am licensed and in good standing.

Accuracy & fixed-fee attestation

I attest that the limited-scope services and fixed fees I have submitted are accurate and offered by my firm, that I will honor the fixed fee quoted for the scope of service described, and that I will promptly update or remove any part of my listing that becomes inaccurate.

Directory acknowledgment (Rule 4-7.22)

I understand the JusticeXpress Network is a self-select, browse-all directory of independent law firms and is not a lawyer referral service, matching service, or qualifying provider. JusticeXpress does not recommend, endorse, match, or route any consumer to any particular lawyer — consumers browse listings and choose whom to contact on their own. JusticeXpress, Inc. is not a law firm, does not provide legal services or advice, and is not a party to any attorney–client relationship I form with a client. I am solely responsible for the legal services I provide and for my own compliance with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, including the lawyer-advertising rules and Rule 4-7.22.

Nature of any listing fee

I understand that any fee I pay is a flat, periodic fee for directory placement only. It is not based on, calculated from, or shared out of any fee I earn from any client, and it creates no partnership, employment, or fee-sharing arrangement between me and JusticeXpress, Inc.

Attorney advertising responsibility

I acknowledge that my listing constitutes attorney advertising, that I am responsible for its content and its compliance with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, and I authorize JusticeXpress to publish the listing as submitted (and as I later update it).

Founding Verified Member terms

I understand my listing is provided free for one year as a founding member, and that it then renews at a flat annual subscription for the tier I select — $240, $480, or $720 per year. I understand I will keep the Founding Member designation as the network grows, and that this designation does not by itself waive the annual subscription. The Verified designation reflects only that JusticeXpress has confirmed my licensure and good standing with The Florida Bar — it is not a rating, certification, claim of specialization, or endorsement of competence. I understand that continued listing after my free first year requires a flat annual subscription ($240, $480, or $720 per year), billed on advance notice and only with my authorization, and that this fee is for directory placement only and is never a referral fee and never based on, or shared from, any fee I earn from a client. These terms are part of the Founding Member Terms & Listing Agreement.
